WHERE DO YOU SHIP TO?
Currently, we ship and deliver all our orders Pan-India. We are actively working on expanding our spiritual apparel outside of India soon!
HOW DO I KNOW MY ORDER IS CONFIRMED?
You will receive an email confirmation immediately after placing your order, which includes your 5-digit order number (e.g., #55555). If you don't receive it within an hour, please check your spam folder.
I RECEIVED A DAMAGED OR FAULTY ITEM. WHAT DO I DO?
We apologize for the oversight. Please drop an email to [Your Support Email] within 48 hours of delivery, including your order number and clear pictures of the defect. We will arrange a free recall and ship a fresh piece immediately.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN OR EXCHANGE POLICY?
We offer a 7-day Exchange Policy from the date of product receipt. We do not offer cash refunds; all returns are processed as a store credit/Gift Card. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have all original tags.
